Best Buy is turning into a box store, but somehow never have half the things on their flyer:”we’re gonna have to order that”. Least amount of shelves now then I’ve ever seen and just boxes everywhere, some with price tags and some without. Then the associates follow you around and wait for you pick something up and bombard you with questions like: oh do you need help with something? Every three to five minutes. But when you ask them a question they have to ask their phone to give you an answer. Bring back the 2000’s era Best Buy.

Floor associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately took me to the Energizer power bank that I was searching for and helped me make an astute pick for earphones.

I had a very disappointing experience. The display clearly showed the PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition priced at $499.99 (I even took a photo), but when I went to the order pickup counter to buy it, I was told it actually costs $649.99. That’s a $150 difference, which is very misleading. Customers should be able to trust the prices displayed in the store. If the price has changed, the display should be updated immediately. This wasted my time and was frustrating. I hope the store fixes its pricing and honors the advertised price for future customers.

I’m 29 years old, and I have never in my life written a 1-star review for a company—until now. Best Buy earned this. I spent over $4,000 on a Sony 77” Bravia and wall mounting with a sound bar setup for two different TVs. From the start, the experience has been a nightmare. On the first delivery, the TV arrived in a badly damaged box with actual footprints on it, as if someone had stood on it. On top of that, Best Buy scheduled an installation for a wall-mounted swivel bracket they didn’t even have on hand—the item had been scheduled for delivery a day after the installation date, making installation also impossible. I rescheduled. Then the replacement TV arrived—but still without the wall mounts. Today was supposed to be the corrected installation appointment. Instead of a call or update, I received a last-minute notice to reschedule yet again. It has now been over a month since I handed over $4,000, and I still do not have what I paid for. At this point, I am beyond fed up and on the edge of returning everything for a full refund. Best Buy has turned what should have been an exciting purchase into an exhausting cycle of incompetence.

It's not the Best Buy of years gone by. Tons of empty shelves, lots of empty floor space. Many of the items you can get for equal to lower price with free delivery on the Amazon place. I'm curious if this store is getting ready to close or is just overly impacted by all of it's China imports. Oh and I never would have thought that I would see two separate large shelves full of Lego sets .......................... ........................................................ ........................................................
